Welcome to our new online booking request portal. This system is still in its early stages and we are aware it may not be as ‘fluent’ as we would like, but please do have a go at finding what you require. As it is still new to us, you will not be making a confirmed booking at this stage and no money will be deducted from your card. After entering your card details you will be directed to a screen which appears to confirm your booking but this is not the case. We need to check and authorise your request and once this is done you will receive an email directing you to our guest portal to make payment. You will then receive an email confirming your payment and booking within 48hrs.
Please note: you will be asked for the make and model of your unit and you will need to provide accurate dimensions. If you have a tent larger than 7m x 4m and select a rate that is not suitable for its size, your booking will be rejected. If you are at all unsure, please check with us.
Group bookings can only be made by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to gather the information listed in this printable PDF for each pitch and email your request to email@example.com.
As always, you must read our terms and conditions before making a reservation and you will be asked to confirm you have done so at the end of the process.
