Terms and Conditions

We don’t like this bit any more than you do, but have found it’s necessary to ensure we are all happy!  Please read it carefully.

Admission to the Park implies a commitment to uphold the rules of the Park which set out general standards of conduct and behaviour expected. Any person in breach of these rules may be asked to leave the Park with no refund. The management is entitled to refuse admission if deemed necessary even when a prior booking has been made. We do our best to ensure that all our campers are able to enjoy their time with us with the best conditions we can offer.  With this in mind, we reserve the right to alter your pitch allocation without notification. We may also not allow you to stay on the Park if your accommodation differs from the specification you reserved. Please check your confirmation carefully to ensure you have given the correct information.

Booking: bookings are taken throughout the season – this is essential for July/August and Bank Holidays. To make a booking, please phone to check availability and to pay the deposit of £30 per week or part week with a credit or debit card. The balance of payment is due 6 weeks before your arrival or, if the booking date is less than 6 weeks away, the FULL amount is payable on booking. A reminder will NOT be sent to you and if the balance is not paid in time then we are entitled to cancel the holiday and retain your deposit.

If you make a booking, a contract exists between you and The Red Shoot Camping Park as soon as we have issued our confirmation and you should check this carefully to see that it reflects your wishes.

Cancellation policy: if you cancel your booking 28 days or more before the arrival date, all monies will be refunded less the deposit. If less than 28 days’ notice is given, no refund will be made. Should you need to change the dates of your booking, you may do so up to 2 weeks before your arrival to another date within the same season. We are unable to alter booking dates with less than 2 weeks’ notice.
