Caravans and Motorhomes

Our camping fields are flat and gently sloping with indigenous hedge boundaries peppered with mature oak and ash trees.  The pitches are mostly on grass but now include 18 hard-standing pitches.  We try to accommodate all camper’s tastes with some pitches being on the edge backing onto the boundary whilst others are in the open for the sun lovers amongst us.  If you prefer to be closer to the facilities, that can be arranged and we can even site electric and non-electric units together given enough notice.  It’s a good idea to bring levellers and chocks with you if you have them, as some pitches are on a gentle slope.

The electric hook-up facilities have a 10 amp supply, so be sure you have camping electrical appliances as opposed to domestic ones, or you will trip the electric for yourselves as well as your neighbours.

Water is obtainable at the shower/toilet block or at standpipes conveniently located around the site, and we have an Elsan chemical disposal point as well as a grey water disposal facility.

There is space to park your vehicle next to your caravan, and most have space for an awning as well – if you have an awning, don’t forget to mention it when you book though!  On the subject of awnings, to ensure a comfortable stay for all our customers, awning extensions and add-ons are strictly by prior arrangement only.​
