On-site shop
Our very own on-site shop serving all the essentials and also features a ice cream and coffee machine.
What do we sell?
First thing in the morning for both the bleary-eyed and those up with the sparrows, as well as the usual staples, we have croissants, pains au chocolat, almond croissants, pains au raisin, cinnamon swirls, baguettes, rolls, bloomers and sausage ciabattas, all baked on the premises in our own mini bakery. You can wash these down with a steaming cup of tea, cappuccino, latte, espresso or hot chocolate, all available in our shop.
A freshly baked pasty goes down well for elevenses, followed by a slice of homemade cake, and when you’re ready to head out for the day, we have cycle and walking maps, bottles of water and all the goodies you need for a perfect picnic, including sausage rolls, cold meats, hummus, salad, crisps and much more – we even sell picnic blankets!
When you return from a hard day’s sightseeing, the children love to hunt through our range of toys, including footballs, tennis, badminton and cricket sets, water pistols, kites and jokes, whilst Mum and Dad enjoy a cold beer or wine along with a choice of pre-dinner nibbles such as olives, chorizo, dips and crisps. We’re BBQ ready with bags of briquettes and firelighters,and we even sell BBQs if you’ve forgotten yours, not to mention all the delicious favourites to put on the BBQ. We have a great range of locally sourced and prepared produce, from sausages, chicken, steak and burgers to free-range eggs, bacon and ham, and for after – why not treat yourselves to a delicious New Forest ice cream?

Tasty cheeses and a selection of Sudoku and crossword books, trashy (and not so trashy!) novels, playing cards and other games will keep you busy all evening until it’s time to crawl into your sleeping bags. If the evening is a little chilly, we stock socks, hot water bottles and blankets to keep you toasty, and if the forest wildlife, or a snoring neighbour, disturbs your sleep, we can even supply you with earplugs.
