After the Government’s announcement on the 10th May 2020 and the continuation of the COVID-19 emergency measures, we are sorry to inform you that we will remain closed until further notice. Businesses within the hospitality, leisure and tourism sector will not be reviewed until July 4th 2020 with a view to re-opening with social distancing measures yet to be set out, some time in July. In the meantime we are working hard to complete the necessary risk assessments, implement policy changes and train our team so that when it is safe for you to visit again you can be confident that we have robust safety measures in place to ensure the health and well-being of both staff and visitors alike.
If you have already made a booking with us to arrive before 30th June 2020, you should receive an email or phone call from us very soon but please bear with us as we have a lot of people to contact. We are asking all those with bookings to support us at this difficult time and postpone their holiday rather than cancel. This would be a valuable contribution towards protecting many livelihoods, our business and the interests of all our customers.
If you have a booking and are due to pay your balance before the 4th July, please don’t worry, you don’t need to pay it yet. We will review balance payments after the 4th July announcement.
We are now taking bookings for dates after 4th July but with some obvious caveats, please call us to discuss but bear in mind that these are unprecedented times and you may not get through straight away. You can email your phone number to us and we will call you back as soon as we can if you prefer.
If you have requested a refund, please be reassured we have not forgotten you and are worrying as much about the situation as you are. In simple terms, at the moment, we do not have the funds to make any refunds. When we are up and running again and have settled in to the ‘new normal’ way of running the park, we will review all refund requests but in the meantime, we realise you will most likely have already done so, but, if not, please do check with any insurance you may have personally in respect of travel cover and if you are able to reconsider and accept our offer of credit we would be hugely grateful.
